3 important facts you want to know before you begin your property search:

1. By using us as your buyer's agent, we will represent you - not the seller. The listing agent has a responsibility to negotiate on the seller's behalf and to obtain for the seller the best deal possible. As your buyer's agent, we look out for your interests.

2. There is no additional cost to use a buyer's agent. When we act as your buyer's agent in your search process, we're compensated for our services by sharing a commission with the listing broker - who is paid by the seller. The commission is already in the price of the property. It will be paid regardless of whether you use us as your buyer's agent or not. In other words, you might as well take advantage of the services that you are paying for.

3. As your buyer's agent, we can serve as your filter. If you're like most investors, you are busy and your time is valuable. You don't want 15 or 20 people calling you all the time through your search and evaluation process.
